Terms of Service & Atelier Engagement

1. Atelier Orders & Reservation

Placing an order on Mariposa's Emporium constitutes an offer to purchase luxury goods. For direct bank transfer settlements, pieces and bench slots are reserved for exactly 120 minutes pending receipt slip confirmation.

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All designs, custom CAD algorithms, brand taglines (“Trends fade, we don't.”), product photography, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Mariposa's Emporium Luxury Atelier Ltd..

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
