Returns & Exchange Policy
[Notice: Draft copy for Nigerian e-commerce operations. Marked to be reviewed by owner before official launch.]
1. Bespoke & Personalized Jewelry
Because custom nameplates and laser-engraved pieces are permanently crafted to your exact typographic specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded once bench fabrication begins.
However, if there is any spelling discrepancy or structural defect originating from our atelier bench, we will recast and deliver a brand-new piece completely free of charge.
2. Non-Custom Couture, Shoes & Perfumes
Unworn clothing, satin mules, and sealed fragrance bottles may be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, provided original tags, packaging, and velvet gift boxes remain intact and undamaged.
3. Lifetime Tarnish Guarantee
Our core jewelry pieces carry an anti-tarnish guarantee under our surgical-grade 316L stainless steel core with 18K gold bonding standard. If your piece shows discoloration or oxidation, return it to either our Lagos or Owerri hub for ultrasonic restoration or immediate replacement.
